Novasoft and Employment signed a protocol to promote the stability of 80 employees of the company, which closed 2008 with an increase of 28% in its workforce

MÁLAGA. 13/01/2009.- Hiring of new fixed, 50% are women and more than 30% are university graduates. The protocol includes provisions to promote education, equality and reconciling work and the prevention of occupational hazards.

Novasoft's president, Francisco Barrionuevo, and the provincial delegate of the Ministry of Employment of Andalusia, Juan Carlos Lomeña, have signed a protocol to promote and encourage employment in Málaga, within the sector of activity of Technology Information and Communication. This protocol serves as the framework agreement through which both organizations are committed to promoting and developing policies for job training, equal employment and reconciliation and the prevention of occupational hazards, among other issues.

As the first of these measures, Novasoft's going to recruit 80 people indefinitely in 2008, counting among themselves and develop their employees who work in the company through a contract with a fixed-term and new workers are added. Of these contracts, 50% are women and more than 30% are university graduates. This measure is part of the provisions of the Decree 149/2005, as amended by Decree 58/2007 of Andalusia, which govern incentives for hiring and through which the company has access to grants the Ministry of Employment, that the object of such a protocol could reach an amount of up to 240,000 euros.

Training for employment, the protocol provides that Novasoft participates in the development of training with and without commitment to hiring in the sector of communications and information technology. These actions would be targeted to persons employed and unemployed. Moreover, both parties agree to establish a company in the Equality Plan that includes measures to promote the reconciliation of work and family for both men and women. The result of these actions, the provincial delegation of the Ministry of Empelo organize meetings and workshops in the company to report on collective bargaining and equality plans in companies.

Both sides have also agreed on actions to combat workplace accidents and ensure the health of workers. In this way, the Center for Prevention of Occupational Hazards of Malaga organize training workshops and other activities in conjunction with the company based in the Technology Park of Andalusia.

Novasoft is currently the fourth largest workers installed in the PTA. Throughout 2008 has established itself as one of the companies in this environment it has created more jobs and will close the year with an increase of more than 28% staff and grazing 400 employees.
