Novasoft has been chosen by Telefonica Argentina to undertake the maintenance of the management system of the country public telephone system. The maintenance will be undertaken along with Sitre Solution Group, a Public Limited Company made up in March 2000. It offers Call Centre services, Public Use Telephony (P.U.T.) and IT services. Novasoft will be responsible for the remote SW Maintenance, and Sitre will undertake the HW and Local Maintenance. This maintenance contract will take one year, subject to be renewed for another year.
Telefonica Argentina intends to have its Management System of Public Terminals fully in operation.
The project is budgeted for 31,800 euros a year.
