The company has been busy establishing a form of interaction that goes further than a simple business deal with the majority of its customers. The concept of loyalty is not compatible with the concept of captivity. Customers want to feel free and comfortable when choosing their suppliers and Novasoft is fully aware of this.

As experts in the Knowledge Management sector, we understand that customer cooperation in the planning and developing of projects is vital. Novasoft establishes various lines of cooperation with its customers:

  • Creation of Project Management Committees (CDP) formed by Novasoft and the customer´s staff for projects that are carried out jointly. This committee is the nucleus of project management. It is also a channel for the solving of any problems that may arise during the Project.
  • Joint cooperation to develop products, such as the example of cooperation with the Hospital de Valme (Sevilla) for the development of NovaUCI, an Intensive Care Unit Computer System.
  • Creation of specific Quality plans for projects.
  • Customer participation in Improvement Groups with the aim of improving processes.
  • Meetings between Divisional directors and large customers, such as INSALUD, SAS, ICS, amongst others. The decision to migrate one of our health sector applications, NovaHIS, to a web environment was taken after one of these meetings with customers.

These lines of work make a greater awareness of both companies easier, and establish long-lasting alliances.
