| | CEO, Chief Executive and General Director of the Novasoft Group. With a PhD in Business Administration, an IESE Diploma in Top Management, and a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Commercial Management, Barrionuevo has dedicated his professional career to entrepreneurship. The Novasoft’s founding partner has won multiple awards as a reference businessman, such as the ASTER National Prize for Best Entrepeneur, the Fourth Edition of the Malaguenian Young Entrepeneurs Prize, and the Gold Medal granted by the Junta de Andalucía in 2004. He has been the ideologist of the corporate group and the architect of its success, having promoted a related diversification throughout the years, which, along with the aplication of criteria based in the Business Excellence and the consolidation of a validated brand image, makes of Novasoft one of the reference consulting firms in the country. His dedication and his business activities go beyond the limits of his company, and he has also been President of ETICOM, President of the CITIV, a Member of the CEM Executive Board (Malaguenian Business Association) and is currently a Member of the CTA Executive Board (Andalusian Technological Corporation) and Board Member of the IAT (Andalusian Technological Institute). At the present time he shares his dedication and efforts between the business World and his position as a Chairman of the University of Malaga’s Social Board.

 Born in Granada on the 15th of September of 1964
| | The Novasoft’s R&D+i Director, Juan Fajardo, holds a BS Degree in Geology and an IESE Diploma in Top Management. He is one of the founders of the Company. Since 1993 he has carried top Management tasks, which makes him a perfect connoisseur of the company and its management. Throughout his professional career, he has established good relationships with clients, providers and the competition, which has granted him a great capacity to make good proposals. Fajardo has acquired an excellent knowledge of the Public Administration, and, more particularly of the design of R&D+i projects for the attraction of European, National and Regional funds to finance such innovation. He is one of the Head Founders of Novasoft and also a Head Founder of the Signo Foundation.

| | Nieves Callejón - Director of Administration and Finance Department |  | | |
 Born in Málaga on the 3rd of March of 1969
| | She is the Novasoft’s Administration and Finance Director. With a BS in Economics and Business, a Master’s Degree in Corporate Tax Consulting and a MBA, Nieves joined the company in 1997. Nieves Callejón is a compromised manager who has developed a major part of her professional career in Novasoft. Her professional rigour and her participation in the business project since its origins have put her in senior-level positions and have made of her a key worker in the Management of the company as well as in its financial and administrative control. She is one of the Head Founders of Novasoft and she is in charge of the women’s access to top management promotion.

| | Ángel Sánchez - Marketing and Sales Director |  | | |
Born in Granada on the 21st of March of 1969
| | Sánchez is the Novasoft’s Marketing and Sales Director. He holds a BS Degree in Computer Science as a well as a MBA. After initiating his own business project, he joined the company in the beginning of 1997. During his first years in Novasoft he worked in practically all the operational areas of the company, which has given him a deep knowledge of the organization, its services and abilities, and its target market. He successfully developed tasks related to Project Management, Operations Management and Business Management until he was assigned his current position in 2004. Since then, the Area of Marketing has become the alignment core of the strategies, objectives and behaviours of the company. He is one of the Head Founders of Novasoft and a regular contributor of the University of Malaga, where he gives course lectures about "Entrepreneurship". He has also contributed with the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) in the dissemination of the initiative “Learning to Export” (2005), and with the Andalusian Agency for Innovation and Development (IDEA) in the implementation of the program "Emprende Joven" (2003-2005).

 Born in Sevilla on the 4th of September of 1957
| | He is the Novasoft’s Southern Area and Public Administrations Director. Industrial Engineer, with a Diploma in Nuclear Technology and a Master’s Degree in E-Business, López is a professional with 25 years of experience in the area of ITC and consulting. He joined Novasoft in January 2006. López is a perfect connoisseur of the Andalusian Public Administration, where he worked for 9 years before joining the company as the IT Manager in the Empresa Pública para el Desarrollo Agrario y Pesquero de Andalucía (Public Company for the Development Agriculture and Fisheries, DAP) (1996-2002), and the Director-General of the Sociedad Andaluza para el Desarrollo de la Sociedad de la Información (Andalusian Society for he Development of the Information Society, SADESI), public company of the Junta de Andalucía (2002-2005). His experience and knowledge provide Novasoft with a better interpretation of our main client, the Public Administration. His contribution includes the development of great capacities that allow us to anticipate the needs of the Administration in any of its Management or decision making levels.

| | Iñaki Echevarría - Canary Islands Director |  | |
 Born in Melilla on the 14th of December of 1965
| | He is the director of Novasoft Canary Islands. Technical engineer in information technology management, he has worked for firms such as Price Waterhouse or Philips.
In 1993 he founded and managed his own company specialized in ITC services for the Canarian Public Administration. In December 2001, this company was incorporated in the Novasoft business group. He was designated the Director of the Canary Islands division and now he leads the deployment of the firm throughout the whole Canarian territory. His 15 years of cooperation and good relationship with the Canarian Administration and regional companies have helped him dominate the key factors for regional negotiations and the idiosyncrasy of the area. Echevarría is key the company’s success in the Canarian market.

Born in Granada on the 16th of January of 1957
| | Pareja is Novasoft’s Technical and Telecommunications Director. He is a Telecommunications Engineer and holds an IESE Diploma in Top Management. He also was a University of Malaga’s professor (University School of Computer Science) since 1986 until 1990. Before joining the company in 2005, he was the telecommunications chief of the Segura Hydrographical Confederation (Public Works Ministry, 1984), Chief Systems Engineering in ALCATEL CITESA where he provided technical solutions for products /market /clients (1990). Public terminals Development Chief in ALCATEL CITESA, S.A. (1994) and R&D Director in ATLINKS ESPAÑA, S.A. (Join-Venture formed between ALCATEL and THOMSON). His proven experience makes him a Project Management of reference in the organization. His Management of the clients’ expectations and the obtaining of the right results serve to document his actuations.

| | Alejandro Marfil - Director of the Area of Training |  | |
 Born in Málaga on the 20th of June of 1963
| | He is the director of the Novasoft’s Business Area of Training. Marfil is a Computer Science Engineer and holds a IESE Diploma in Top Management. He joined the company in 2000. He has also been a University of Malaga’s associate professor in the Area of Languages and Computer Science. Before joining the company, he was the Head of CPD (Data Processing Centre) in the company OAL Promotion and Development (1991), Head of National and European Projects in CETECOM (1992) and RETEVISIÓN Accounts Manager managing large accounts in Eastern Andalusia (1998). Since 2001, he has represented Novasoft, among other things, in the awardee temporary joint ventures for the indirect Management of the Consorcio Centro de Formación en Comunicaciones y Tecnologías de la Información de Málaga, FORMAN, (Malaguenian Training Group in Communications and Information Technology, a Public Law Corporation established by the Malaga City Council and the Junta de Andalucía, through its Department of Employment). Marfil is an expert in e-learning, the coordination of pedagogue professionals, instructional designers and graphic designers for the development of Multimedia Didactic Units.

 Born in Uccle (Belgium) on the 29th of January of 1973
| | Bravo is Director of the Novasoft’s Area of Consulting. He is a technical industrial engineer, and holds a Master’s Degree in Waste Management, and a Master’s Degree in Quality and Environment Management, as well as a Master’s Degree in Environmental Verification. He joined the company in 2000. He has been the Quality Manager of the Transports Company Acotral (1998-1999) and the Quality, Environment and Safety at Work Manager of G.E. XXI Elevadores (1999-2000). He is currently an accredited evaluator of the Model EFQM by the Club of Management Excellence; Senior Auditor of the Quality Management System ISO9001 by the Certifying Company DNV, Auditor IRCA and a Member of the EOI’s Masters in Environment Leadership Advisory. Inside the company he works developing and implementing our capacities in Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Safety at Work, Balanced Scorecard and Corporate Social Responsibility).

| | He is Director of the Novasoft’s Area of Consulting. He holds a BS in Physical Science, and joined the company in 2001. Before working for Novasoft, he developed consulting tasks in ARION GRUPO, technical tasks in CESIC in the IMA (Institute of Applied Magnetism, RENFE’s R&D Centre) and he also contributed with the TPYCEA (Navy’s Precision Workshop and Industrial Electrician Centre). He is an auto evaluation licensee of the Model EFQM, an accredited evaluator of the Club of Management Excellence; an evaluator of the Excellence Andalusian Award; an evaluator of the Excellence Castilian Award and an IRCA Auditor. With proven credentials and authority, he leads the design of a Proposal for the Implementation of the EFQM Excellence Model that Novasoft presents to the market.

| | It's Business Area Director of Health of Novasoft. Senior Engineer in Computer Science from the University of Granada and a Masters in Business Administration and Management, rejoins the company in October 2008. After starting a business project itself in the early years of his career, he began to develop its business in Novasoft in 1996 successfully occupy different positions in the area of operations of the Division of Health, until in 2004, plays the work of Assistant General. In 2005 it becomes part of the Business Unit of the multinational iSoft, for Spain, Portugal and Latin America, as Commercial Director, developing the whole strategy of selling in different markets and managing alliances with suppliers and partners. In February 2008, holds the post of Deputy Director General. He has also held management positions in several joint venture `s flagship project in the sector with leading market leaders. During the course of his career has been involved in projects more relevant for the installation of Information Systems in the Health Sector in Spain (PRT2000, Abucasis, Turriano, Diraya ...), Portugal, Mexico and Chile. It's a perfect connoisseur of all government health in these markets.
