NOVASOFT is a flexible company with an innovative internal culture. Our Human Resources policy was awarded in the II Premio a la empresa flexible en la categoría de PYME (second edition of the Award to Flexible Companies), category: Small and Medium-Sized Companies, year 2003. This study, called IFREI, was carried out by the IESE (University of Navarra) and organised by CVA and Vodafone, and had the support of the Ministry of Labour. The study’s subject was based on Balancing Work and Family Life policies. Our Human Resources policy gave us the opportunity to take part in the study "Best Work Places in Spain", carried out by the Institute Great Placeto Work, in cooperation with ESADE, where we were considered one of the 25 best workplaces in Spain in 2003. The focus described in this study is corroborated by the positive results obtained in the satisfaction surveys, the low indexes of rotation and absenteeism, among other indicators.
